College Ministry
What we're about
At DBC, college students have plenty of opportunities to be discipled and grow in their faith. We see our college students as an integral part of the church. They are both being discipled and discipling others. We want out college students to not only attend, but also to plug in with the larger church body.
Weekly Activities
Sunday School at 9:30am
We have one class that most of our college students attend (Coed 2) or choose another one of our intergenerational classes.
Wednesday Night Bible Study at 8:00pm
We gather in the student room for a home cooked meal, worship, small group Bible study, and closing with a time of encouragement and prayer. This year, we are slow walking through the Book of Romans.
Service Opportunities
Our college students have plenty of opportunities to serve. Currently, some of our college students are helping to lead worship and small groups for our youth group, helping to lead various discipleship groups, and serving in our children’s ministry.
