Nursery ministry

Parents should include the following supplies for their children in a small labeled diaper bag or sack that will fit easily on the nursery hooks:

  • Bottle or Sippy cup (Please label your child’s bottle/cup with their name)

  • Diapers

  • Baby wipes

  • Soother (Pacifier, blanket, etc.)

  • Change of clothes

  • Jacket or sweater

Typical Sunday services in the nursery include:

  • Bible stories

  • Bible songs

  • Drawing/Art work

  • Outdoor play (depending on weather)

  • Prayer time

  • Snacks

In order to prevent the spread of infections among children and babies, we ask that you not bring your child if they have had any of the following symptoms within the previous 24 hours:

  • Fever greater than 100.4

  • Vomiting

  • Diarrhea

  • Frequent coughing

  • Other signs of infection such as rashes.

We provide services in our Baby Nursery (age birth to one year) and our Toddler Nursery (age 1 year to 3 years old). Our nursery workers are trained in the care of infants and children and have CPR certification. We are excited to have the opportunity to share in the care and growth of your child!

The Nursery is available during the following times:

WEDNESDAY

Prayer Meeting: 6:30 PM

Sunday

Sunday School:  9:30 AM

Worship Service:  10:45 AM

nursery procedures

Your child will be registered during the first visit.  We want to know about allergies, and any special needs that will help us provide care.

For security  purposes, each child and parent have a corresponding label/sticker with matching information.

To ensure that all children stay inside the nursery and little fingers do not get pinched we ask that parents not enter the nursery but use the dutch door instead.
